Short version: you send me your details through the form, I use them to reply and to build your site, and I don't sell them to anyone.

What I collect

Whatever you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and the answers about your project. Those answers are stored in a database I control, so an enquiry can't be lost in an inbox.

If your project goes ahead, that same record holds your dashboard — the status, updates, checklist, project links and launch date you can sign in to read — plus the access code that opens it. The code is stored scrambled, so nobody reading the database can see it.

Messages you send me through the chat inside that dashboard are stored with it, so I can answer them and you can read the thread back. They stay there until the enquiry is deleted.

Basic, anonymous page analytics — which pages get visited and roughly where from. No advertising trackers and no profiles built across other sites.

Why I collect it

To reply to your enquiry, quote the work, and build and launch your site.

To see which pages are useful, so I can improve them.

Who else sees it

The database provider that stores it and the hosting provider that serves this site. Both process it on my behalf.

Nobody else. I don't sell, rent or trade your details, and I don't send marketing email.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept while the project is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask and I'll delete them sooner.

Your choices

Email 035665@mtka.org and I'll send you a copy of what I hold, correct it, or delete it.

Questions about any of this? Email 035665@mtka.org or message (612) 444-3853 — I don't take phone calls.
